INSIDE ASSASSIN'S CREED BLACK FLAG RESYNCED
A pirate's life, on land and at sea
Resynced retains Edward Kenway's journey while rebuilding how you move through it. Its attraction is the change of scale: a crowded street, the deck of an enemy ship and an open stretch of Caribbean sea demand different decisions within the same adventure.
Captain of the Jackdaw
Take the fight from ship to ship. Command the Jackdaw through naval encounters, choosing when to attack, sink or board enemy vessels. Sea travel connects the campaign with the broader Caribbean rather than functioning as a separate racing or strategy mode. Storms and changing weather give those journeys a different atmosphere from the cities ashore.
Stealth and swordplay
Shift tactics when an approach breaks down. On land, Edward can blend into crowds, use silent takedowns or draw swords and pistols for a direct confrontation. The remake adds parrying and more flexible crouching during stealth, while tailing missions use more forgiving rules. Those revisions update familiar situations without replacing the pirate-assassin premise.
More of Edward's world
Discover new stories among familiar landmarks. Additional narrative arcs give returning figures such as Blackbeard and Stede Bonnet more time in the adventure. New officers join the main story, while shipwrecks, tropical terrain and city exploration create room for detours. Sea shanties, pets and photo mode add ways to enjoy the journey between objectives.
