INSIDE DAYS GONE REMASTERED
Deacon St. John searches for hope in a landscape damaged by a pandemic. Human groups and Freakers threaten the roads, while changing weather and time of day can make a familiar journey less predictable.
The route out matters as much as the route in. The Drifter bike links settlements, wilderness and mission locations. Stocking up before leaving camp gives a trip a practical preparation stage, especially when a horde or random encounter changes the plan halfway down the road.
Large groups make careless engagement costly. Freakers can gather in huge numbers, turning an isolated enemy into a different problem. Preparation, available supplies and a way to move through the environment matter when you decide whether to take a horde on or keep riding.
New modes change the goal of another attempt. Horde Assault turns survival into an escalating score challenge. Speedrun measures how quickly you complete the story, while Permadeath asks you to finish without dying, giving returning players different rules instead of only another normal playthrough.
