INSIDE INSURGENCY: SANDSTORM
Sandstorm concentrates on modern infantry combat in contested urban spaces. Ammunition management, sound and careful movement give encounters their tension, with objectives organizing the match instead of a scripted single-player storyline.
An eight-player squad can divide the work. Cooperative modes support up to eight players fighting through hostile territory. Covering approaches, moving with teammates and managing ammunition become shared concerns when a push toward the objective draws fire from more than one direction.
Position and coordination determine the next opening. PvP matches pit players against human opponents in objective-based firefights. Clearing a room or holding an angle helps the team move forward, while careless exposure can end an engagement quickly. The contest rewards reading the situation as much as reacting to it.
The loadout extends beyond your primary weapon. Soldier and weapon customization let you prepare for a preferred combat role. Fire support and vehicle-mounted weapons add heavier options during a match, making team coordination useful when ordinary small arms are not enough to break an enemy position.
