NBA 2K27 supports different basketball habits in distinct modes. You can develop an individual, collect a fantasy lineup or run a franchise; the core choice is how you want to spend time on and around the court.
Create a role, then take it onto the court. The player builder lets you shape a MyPLAYER before following a cinematic career. MyCAREER includes opportunities to play alongside a friend, while The City offers spaces for different levels of competition. Developing a useful role matters alongside choosing how the player looks.
Assemble a lineup from NBA and WNBA stars. MyTEAM combines collecting with actually using your roster in single-player and multiplayer modes. Different lineups let you experiment with the players you want on court together. The mode is separate from MyCAREER, so its cards are not upgrades for your created player.
Think beyond the next possession. MyNBA gives control of a franchise, including free agency, team dynamics and relationships with management. The W offers a different career path through the women's game. These sit alongside Play Now as options the publisher lists for offline play.
