Deluxe or Premium's Classics Catalog, time-limited trials and cloud streaming are not included. Catalog games are not permanent purchases.
MEMBERSHIP · PLAYSTATION PLUS EXTRA
Extra is useful when discovering different games matters more than owning each one permanently. Its downloadable catalog sits on top of Essential's multiplayer and Monthly Games. The membership account's region, the current selection and the sharing option determine what you can actually play.
Move between available downloadable games. Extra grants access to a changing selection rather than a fixed bundle of permanent game licenses. A title can leave while it remains installed on the console, at which point the Extra entitlement no longer provides access. It suits a player comfortable choosing from the service's current lineup.
Keep online play and Monthly Games together. The tier retains Essential's core benefits alongside the catalog. Monthly Games are claimed on the subscribed account under their own offer window, while Game Catalog titles follow the catalog's current availability. These are two different paths to subscription-based game access, not one interchangeable collection.
Separate game access from account features. Eligible downloaded catalog games and online multiplayer can be shared on the configured console. Cloud storage, store-discount purchases and game claims remain with the subscriber. Extra therefore can broaden the games available on a console without adding a separate Extra subscription to every profile on it.
BEFORE YOU BUY
Select the membership duration and console access option shown for Extra.
A downloaded catalog game is not a permanent purchase.
Membership requirements: PlayStationThe subscription must remain active and the title must remain in the applicable catalog. A separate valid license is needed once either condition ends.
The catalog varies by the subscription account's region and changes over time. A game advertised in another region is not automatically included.
Eligible catalog games may be shared through the configured primary console. Personal-profile cloud saves and member discounts are not added by that sharing.
PlayStation states that PS4 games are added only intermittently from January 2026, so PS4 and PS5 catalog expectations should not be identical.
THE DETAILS THAT MATTER
Not using the Extra catalog entitlement. You need another valid game license, even if the download is still installed.
No. The trials and Classics benefits belong to the applicable higher tier, Deluxe or Premium. Extra focuses on Essential benefits plus the Game Catalog.
Only the subscribed account receives its cloud-storage benefit. Sharing downloaded games does not transfer that storage to a different profile.
The selected offer sets the duration and console access type. Review that selection alongside the tier before adding it to the cart.
AFTER PAYMENT
After confirmed payment, use the secure magic link sent by email. It is valid for 24 hours and binds order access to the first browser or device that opens it.
Use that same browser to view the 8-digit claim code. The claim code is a purchase reference, not a license or activation key.
Payment confirmation and the order-access email do not confirm actual product dispatch.
Based on publisher and platform information, not a hands-on review. Store access options and prices are Fullsend's offer details.
