Legacy of Atlantis connects Lara's physical skill with observation. Reaching a ruin is only the beginning: understanding its machinery and surviving what lives there keeps exploration active. The reimagined journey follows the search for the Scion through locations drawn from her original adventure.
Climb, leap and swing toward the next clue. Lara uses strength, agility and a grappling hook to cross terrain that is part of the challenge. Peru's jungle, Greek ruins and Egyptian landscapes provide different obstacles rather than interchangeable backdrops. Working out a route gives discovery a physical cost before the next mechanism or hidden chamber is reached.
Solve the room as well as the riddle. Redirect light beams, manipulate water flow and use pressure plates or symbols to unlock ancient structures. Clues found while exploring inform the solution, tying the puzzles to their locations. Progress depends on reading the environment, not only on defeating whatever stands between Lara and an objective.
Put movement to work in combat. Dual pistols and other unlockable weapons help Lara face wildlife, mercenaries and mythological threats. Acrobatic abilities connect fighting with the movement used in exploration. These encounters interrupt and raise the stakes of the treasure hunt while leaving ruins and their secrets at the center of the adventure.
