The game combines current Superstars with Legends, giving the roster room for contemporary matches and imagined rivalries. Its modes use that range differently, from a focused Showcase to player-managed weekly shows.
Revisit CM Punk's story through historical and fantasy scenarios. Showcase follows CM Punk's rise, rebellion and return while also exploring fantasy historical matchups. That gives the mode a defined personality and a reason to try encounters beyond the matches you would normally set up yourself.
Control shows, rivalries and outcomes in Universe mode. Create a WWE Universe and control weekly shows, premium live events and Superstar rivalries. The WWE Draft adds another way to reshape that setup. Individual match outcomes become part of a show you direct.
Choose from I Quit, Inferno and Dumpster match formats. Match types include I Quit, Inferno and Dumpster contests, while the Scrapyard Brawl arena brings another setting to The Island. MyFACTION's Quick Swap adds a team-based format, providing alternatives when a standard match is not the session you want.
