INSIDE YAKUZA COMPLETE SERIES
The collection follows Kazuma Kiryu from his early years to the events of The Song of Life. It changes cities, periods and playable viewpoints across seven games, while recurring people and places connect the wider crime drama.
Start with the rise of the Dragon of Dojima. Yakuza 0 explores Kiryu and Majima in 1980s Japan. Kiwami then remakes the first numbered story, beginning with Kiryu's release from prison, and Kiwami 2 brings a confrontation with the Dragon of Kansai. Together they establish the relationships that the later games revisit.
See the conflict through a wider cast. The middle games expand the story beyond Kiryu alone. Yakuza 3 takes him to Okinawa, while 4 brings several protagonists together in Kamurocho. Yakuza 5 follows five characters across five cities, giving the collection its broadest change of viewpoints.
Follow Kiryu into a deeply personal case. An accident involving his daughter draws Kiryu back toward the underworld in the collection's final game. The action remains a real-time brawler wrapped around a crime drama. This chapter gives returning places and loyalties the weight of the games that came before it.
